All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. Standard Shipping is charged at £1.80 or FREE for orders over £5 and will be sent out Second Class. Express Shipping is charged at £3.50 and will be sent out First Class. Express Shipping does not guarantee next day delivery. All items are packaged in recyclable, compostable or biodegradable packaging where possible.

Kate's Returns Policy

You have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oliveleafdesign.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note you will be required to pay return postage. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalised items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items.
