Delivery

Christian Makers is a marketplace, so each order is fulfilled and shipped directly by the individual seller. This means your items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times if you've ordered from more than one seller.

Turnaround times

Each seller sets their own turnaround time, which may also vary from product to product. Turnaround times are listed on each product page and are available as a filter when browsing, so you can shop with your timeline in mind.

Delivery costs & free shipping

Our free shipping promise means all products priced over £5 include FREE UK standard shipping within the item price. For orders under £5 from any one seller, a flat rate of £1.80 applies.

For example: if you buy two £2.50 cards from the same seller, your total from them is £5 and shipping is free. If you buy two £2.50 cards from different sellers, a £1.80 charge applies per seller.

Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 2nd Class/Tracked 48 or an equivalent service and typically arrives within 2-4 working days from dispatch.

Express delivery is offered by some sellers and is priced independently. Express orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch. All express deliveries include a tracking number.

*Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, busy periods, or circumstances outside of our or the seller's control. If you need something by a specific date, we recommend checking the product turnaround time carefully and contacting the seller before ordering.

Northern Ireland

All of our sellers ship to Mainland UK. Some also ship to Northern Ireland - you can filter by this when browsing to find products that ship to you. Look for the "Ships to NI" indicator on individual product pages. If you're unsure, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com before ordering.

International shipping

Currently our sellers ship within the UK only. We hope to expand this in the future.

Returns

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To start a return, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Please note that the following items are exempt from the right to cancel under these regulations:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items where a hygiene seal has been broken after delivery (such as earrings)
  • Perishable goods

Change of mind returns

If you'd like to return an item because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@christianmakers.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. Return postage costs will not be at your expense in these circumstances.

We aim to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, either through a replacement, repair, or full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@christianmakers.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee cancellation once an order is with the seller. Personalised orders may not be cancellable once production has begun.
