Products

I have a question about a product I haven't purchased yet - who do I ask?

Each product page shows the seller's shop name under the title of the product. Each seller has a contact email listed where you can reach out to them directly. If you're struggling to get in touch, you're welcome to contact us and we'll pass your question on.

Can I contact a seller directly?

Yes! You can find seller contact details on their seller profile pages and on product pages.

For product questions and turnaround/delivery timescales, we'd always encourage you to reach out to the seller directly - they know their products best!

For returns or account-related issues, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com and we'll help get it sorted.

Are all products handmade or UK-made?

Not all products on Christian Makers are handmade or UK-made, but many are. Look out for our Credentials on product listings - these flag products that are handmade, UK-made, made with recycled materials, or plastic-free packaged, so you can shop in line with your values.

All of the products sold on Christian Makers are designed in the UK.

Do you sell digital downloads?

Not currently. All products on Christian Makers are physical items shipped to you by the seller.

Orders

How can I get help with my order?

If you've placed an order, the shop names that you've bought from will be in your order confirmation email. If your question is specific to a product or seller, we recommend getting in touch with them first - they'll be able to answer any questions quickly.

Will my items arrive together if I order from multiple sellers?

Not necessarily. Each seller ships their own products independently, so if you order from more than one seller your parcels may be dispatched on different days and arrive separately and at different times.

Can I get my order sooner?

Some of our sellers offer express shipping, you may use our Turnaround Time and Express Shipping Available filters if you're looking for something in a hurry.

All product pages list the expected turnaround time and whether express shipping is available. If you need something urgently, we suggest reaching out to the seller.

Please note, if you are buying from multiple sellers at once, all items in your basket must be eligible for Express Delivery for that shipping option to appear at checkout. And you will be charged the Express Delivery costs for each seller.

If you only need one of those items, or items from one shop sent with Express Delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.

I haven't received my order confirmation email - what should I do?

Check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com with your name and the email address you ordered with and we'll look into it.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

This varies by seller. Check the product listing or the seller's profile page to see if gift wrapping is available.

Can I order items to be sent directly to someone else as a gift?

Yes! Simply enter your recipient's name and address in the delivery details at checkout.

If you'd like us to include a gift message and omit the receipt, please leave a note to the seller requesting this on the product page of each product ordered.

Please note that if your order contains items from more than one seller, they may arrive separately, as each seller dispatches their own products.

If you'd like to send multiple items as a single gift, we recommend either:

  • Purchasing all items from the same seller, or
  • Choosing from our Gift Boxes and Letterbox Gifts collections, which contain curated gifts designed to be sent together.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Personalised Orders

I'd like to add personalisation to my order - how does that work?

Most personalised products let you enter your text directly on the product page before adding to your basket. Just fill in the box provided and it'll be passed to the seller with your order. If you have additional information, you can fill in the 'Notes to Seller' box on the product page, or email them directly.

I need to send a photo for my order - how do I do that?

If a product requires a photo, you'll need to email it directly to the seller. Their contact details can be found on their seller profile page and on their product pages. Please include your order number so they can match it up.

I've been sent the wrong personalisation - what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact the relevant seller as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Or contact us at hello@christianmakers.com and we'll get it sorted with the seller on your behalf. Please note, we may require a photo of the item you've received.

I got the personalisation wrong - what should I do?

Please contact the seller directly as soon as possible. This is the quickest way to catch the order before our seller has started making it. We can't guarantee changes once and order is with the seller.

Delivery

How does delivery work?

Christian Makers is a marketplace, so each order is fulfilled and shipped directly by the individual seller. This means your items might arrive at different times.

All turnaround times are listed on each product page and are available as a filter when browsing.

How much does delivery cost?

Our free shipping promise means all products priced over £5 include FREE UK standard shipping within the item price.

For orders under £5 from any one seller, a flat rate of £1.80 applies. So if you buy two £2.50 cards from the same seller, your total from them is £5 and shipping is free. If you bought two £2.50 cards from different sellers, you would be charged £3.60. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2-4 working days.

Express delivery is offered by some sellers and is priced independently. Express orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days.

Can I track my order?

Tracking availability depends on the seller and the postage method they use. If tracking information is available, it will be sent to you in your dispatch email.

All Express Shipping orders require sellers to provide a tracking number.

If you haven't received anything and your order is overdue, contact us and we'll chase it up.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Each product page shows the seller's estimated turnaround time (the time it takes for a seller to make, put together, and dispatch and order).

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-5 working days for standard UK delivery, though this can vary.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

If your order has been dispatched, and is now past its expected delivery date, please get in touch at hello@christianmakers.com and we'll look into it for you.

Please note that expected delivery timescales can be affected by postal strikes, issues at local delivery offices, and busy times of year.

How do I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact the seller(s) you have ordered from as soon as possible to update your delivery address. This is the quickest way to intercept and order. We will try to update it before your order is dispatched, but we can't guarantee this once it's with the seller.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

All of our sellers ship to Mainland UK. Some also ship to Northern Ireland - you can filter by this when browsing to find products that ship to you.

On individual product pages, look for the "Ships to NI" indicator. If you're unsure, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently our sellers ship within the UK only. We hope to expand this in the future.

I've been sent the wrong item - what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact the relevant seller as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Or contact us at hello@christianmakers.com and we'll get it sorted with the seller on your behalf. Please note, we may require a photo of the item you've received.

My item arrived damaged/faulty - what should I do?

We're sorry to hear this. Please contact us at hello@christianmakers.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a resolution with the seller.

I've changed my mind about my order - can I return it?

Please see our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details. In general, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving them.

However, some products cannot be returned once received - these include personalised items, and products where a hygiene seal has been broken, such as earrings.

If you'd like to start a return, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee cancellation once an order is with the seller.

Your Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage your details.

How can I view my orders?

Log in to your account and go to Order History to see all your past and current orders.

How do I change my password?

Go to your account page and select "Forgot password" on the login screen, or update it from within your account settings once logged in.

I can't log in to my account - what should I do?

Try resetting your password using the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you're still having trouble, contact us at hello@christianmakers.com.

What do I do if my payment won't go through?

Double-check your card details and billing address. If the problem continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also get in touch with us and we'll do what we can to help.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at hello@christianmakers.com and we'll take care of it for you.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to remove yourself from our mailing list. You'll still receive order-related emails.
