Meet the Maker

Rose & Bumble began in one of the hardest seasons of my life. When depression forced me to give up my career, I felt broken and unsure if I would ever work again. Creating started as a way to bring light into the darkness, and slowly, it grew into something I never expected - a small business filled with hope.
I am deeply thankful for God's faithfulness through every step. I'm not "all better" but I'm in a better place - and that's worth celebrating.
Every piece I make carries this reminder: beauty can grow from brokenness. My prayer is that what you hold in your hands brings encouragement to your heart, just as making it has brought encouragement to mine.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 5-7 working days using Royal Mail. Standard shipping is Royal Mail second class (untracked). Express shipping is available at an additional cost - using Royal Mail Tracked24 service.
Returns Policy

Any unsuitable item may be exchanged for an item of the same value, provided it is returned in the condition it was sold and has not been used. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your item. You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning the unwanted item and postage fees for the replacement you choose.

Personalised items or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please send an email to hello@roseandbumble.com Please make sure you include your full name, date of purchase, order number and details of the item you wish to return along with photographic evidence of the fault. When the item is received by us, we will issue you a refund. Please ensure you obtain a receipt from Post Office as proof of postage.
