All orders are shipped within 5-7 working days using Royal Mail. Standard shipping is Royal Mail second class (untracked). Express shipping is available at an additional cost - using Royal Mail Tracked24 service.

Any unsuitable item may be exchanged for an item of the same value, provided it is returned in the condition it was sold and has not been used. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your item. You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning the unwanted item and postage fees for the replacement you choose. Personalised items or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please send an email to hello@roseandbumble.com Please make sure you include your full name, date of purchase, order number and details of the item you wish to return along with photographic evidence of the fault. When the item is received by us, we will issue you a refund. Please ensure you obtain a receipt from Post Office as proof of postage.
