Meet the Maker

Hey! I'm Jordan, the hands, face and brain behind Jordan Lily Designs. I'm 30ish and live in beautiful Cornwall with my family and little Corg, Basil 🦊

If I had a title, I'd go for jewellery designer-maker, but like a lot of small biz folk, I wear a lot of hats! 🤠 My favourite hats are design, packaging and all things web and marketing... my least favourite hats are bookkeeping & writing product descriptions.

With an English Literature degree it's no surprise that I LOVE reading (find my Little Women inspired collection here). And can often be found with a white choc mocha to hand taking Baz for a frolic and sea glass hunting mission on the beach!

I've always had a BIG love for jewellery, but my making journey started in the summer of 2018 when I booked onto a silver and sea glass course at my local college - after all, I needed to do something with all of my sea glass treasures.

I picked out my favourite deep blue piece and under the watchful eye of my tutor (because blow torches = scary) I created my first sea glass ring. 👈 This one here, a real 'Wow! I made that' moment.

Being able to create beautiful made-to-measure jewellery with high-quality materials (that won't turn your skin green) has been incredible!

Jordan Lily Designs launched in October 2018.

Many of my collections have been inspired by my faith and come with accompanying Bible verse card which are designed in-house.

I wanted to create modern Christian Jewellery that was both subtle and packed with meaning. Its' really special to think my jewellery can serve as an encouragement for people going through a tough time, or become a little visual reminder of a favourite verse.

My favourite collection is the Rebuild You With Turquoise Collection it's beautifully understated and carries a powerful reminder of God's promises and love for us ✨

Shipping Policy

All orders are handmade to order and are usually dispatched within 3-7 working days*, unless otherwise stated. *Custom orders and items that require hallmarking may take longer - please feel free to get in touch to discuss. hello@jordanlilydesigns.co.uk

For the most accurate information, please see the Turnaround Times listed on each product listing.

Standard shipping is £1.80 and FREE on all products over £5. Orders will be sent Tracked48 and delivered within 2-3 working days.

Express shipping is £4.95. Orders will be sent Tracked24 and delivered within 1-2 working days.

Please note:
Opting to upgrade your postage at checkout upgrades your delivery speed, not your total turnaround time.
Express Delivery excludes Saturday delivery.
Delivery times are Royal Mail delivery aims and are not guaranteed. This is outside of my control.

Returns Policy

I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery. Cancellations may be accepted if your item has not yet shipped.

Due to the nature of custom or personalised items, returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please note:
Rings are considered custom orders, as each ring is made to order in the size provided at checkout. Rings are therefore non-returnable.
I do offer a reduced resizing service, which you can find here.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are packaged in sealed packaging. Earrings may be returned only if the packaging remains sealed.
