Standard shipping is £1.80 and FREE on all products over £5. Orders will be sent Tracked48 and delivered within 2-3 working days. Express shipping is £4.95. Orders will be sent Tracked24 and delivered within 1-2 working days. Please note: Opting to upgrade your postage at checkout upgrades your delivery speed, not your total turnaround time. Express Delivery excludes Saturday delivery. Delivery times are Royal Mail delivery aims and are not guaranteed. This is outside of my control.

I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery. Cancellations may be accepted if your item has not yet shipped. Due to the nature of custom or personalised items, returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please note: Rings are considered custom orders, as each ring is made to order in the size provided at checkout. Rings are therefore non-returnable. I do offer a reduced resizing service, which you can find here. For hygiene reasons, earrings are packaged in sealed packaging. Earrings may be returned only if the packaging remains sealed.
