All orders are carefully packed and usually despatched within two days, using Royal Mail first class post. Your jewellery comes beautifully presented with a bible verse card, a jewellery care guide and for sterling silver pieces, an anti-tarnish strip in a compostable bag for storage.

Returns, cancellation & refunds. You are protected by UK legislation (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 & The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). You have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described. In addition you have the right to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after receiving the item(s). You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s). If the return is due to a fault or mis-description then in addition to the cost of the item(s), the cost of your return postage (the cheapest available) will be paid by us. If it is due to a change of mind then you are responsible for the return postage. A refund will be issued within 14 days. No refunds can be made for earrings unless faulty as per UK regulations.
