Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Hand-cut papercuts that are made to order may take longer, so please refer to the turnaround times listed on each product listing for the most accurate information. Standard shipping is £1.80, but for orders over £5 it is all included, so there is no additional shipping cost for you. Standard shipping is usually sent using Royal Mail Second Class and should be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Express shipping is available for £2.95. Express orders will be sent using Tracked24 and should be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. Please note: Opting to upgrade your postage to express delivery at checkout upgrades your delivery speed, not your total turnaround time, though I will always aim to dispatch express orders as soon as possible. Delivery times are Royal Mail delivery aims and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately this is outside of my control.

I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery. Cancellations may be accepted if your item has not yet shipped. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Refunds will be processed once a return has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning an item, unless the product arrived damaged.
