All orders are shipped within 5-7 working days using Royal Mail. Standard shipping is Royal Mail second class (untracked). Express shipping is available at an additional cost - using Royal Mail Tracked24 service.

Lauren's Returns Policy

Any unsuitable item may be exchanged for an item of the same value, provided it is returned in the condition it was sold and has not been used. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your item. You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning the unwanted item and postage fees for the replacement you choose. Personalised items or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded.
