Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days via Royal Mail, but please check the product listing for any product specific shipping details. Please account for 4-5 days longer dispatch time for A2 prints, custom designs and bulk orders.

We do our best to make sure our packaging is plastic free and compostable, so please take into consideration how you dispose of any packaging. You may even like to reuse the packaging, if you can!
Returns Policy

We really hope you love your order, however if you are not happy with it you can return the item(s) as long as it is within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To start a return please contact us at sharmilajoydesign@gmail.com to get the item(s) sent back to us.

Once, we have received the item/items, we will process an exchange or refund, providing it is/they are in original condition, of course.

All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with packaging in tact and undamaged.

Please note, unless the item is at fault, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
