I began creating 'Hug in a box' gifts, when I realised people need to send a "Hug in a Box" or support a loved one through a significant life event—whether welcoming a new baby or navigating the loss of a loved one—this unique service helps them express exactly how much they care.

Founded and designed by qualified mental health counsellor and psychotherapist Amanda Waring (MBACP), these thoughtful letterbox gifts seamlessly combine practical, evidence-based therapeutic tools with natural, organic pampering and delicious plant-based chocolate. Shipping Policy

All orders are tracked using Royal Mail Business Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, which means each order is trackable door to door - perfect for when you want to know a gift has arrived but don't want to contact the recipient.

Tracked 48 is standard and tracked 24 is an expedited upgrade.

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of being placed.

If you choose standard, your order will arrive in 5 days (2 days processing, 3 days to ship)
If you choose expedited, it will arrive within 3 days ( 1 day processing, 1 day to arrive)

Returns Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days. Products inside the box must be unopened and within their original packaging.
Personalised bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
