Meet the Maker

Hello! I'm Roché - alliteration adoring artist, coffee consuming pun loving maker and spoonie. My first name can be tricky to pronounce so if you haven't heard it before it's "ro-shay" (or if you’re into chocolate think of Ferrero Rocher😉).

At By the Brook Creations I’m passionate about sustainably producing beautiful and biblical cards, stationery and gifts. I live in Chessington with my husband Andy and work in a cosy crafty corner of our home. Through God’s incredible kindness I love the Lord Jesus.

I have two chronic conditions and in these ongoing struggles God has given me the privilege of seeing that he really has prepared good works for us to do (Ephesians 2:10) however he’s ordained our lives and limits.

And encouragement is a glorious gift and good work from a very good God.

I love to encourage with truths that bring joy, hope and comfort in every season (be they happy, hard or somewhere in between). Creations that turn our eyes to the wonderful Lord Jesus by whom and for whom we were created. Jesus really is the best gift ever.

I'm an external processor and very happily a geek (team Marvel). I love time with friends, laughing lots, good coffee and good chocolate (fussy? no, I'd like to think discerning😂). I adore alliteration and am fond of fab food!⁣

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days unless otherwise indicated on the product listing.
Orders are carefully packed with eco-friendly packaging wherever possible and shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked).
Express shipping is available as an optional upgrade.

Returns Policy

I hope you'll love the products you've ordered but I do understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return please contact me before returning.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, as of course I want to resolve this promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom products
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
