What a brilliant command! Jesus fills our hearts to overflowing with the joy of our salvation, that what else can we do but sing for joy to Him?!
And this little block is a reminder to do just that!
Each little block is hand cut, shaped and sanded and then stained or painted in its base colour. Next I make the stencils, taking the truth of God’s word and graphically designing it to look beautiful as well as pack the powerful punch that it does. I use a mixture of emulsion and chalk paints to paint them and to finish them off, each block is hand-varnished to give a long-lasting, soft glow.
