The Happy Snail
Sarah is a multi-disciplinary artist who uses a variety of media to create joyful and whimsical art. Her passion is for sharing her faith in Jesus through her art, as well as encouraging others to use their own God-given creativity.
Sarah's Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully packed in secure, protective packaging and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Eco friendly packaging is used wherever possible.
We ship items via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked courier service, which takes 2 - 3 working days to arrive once dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
For products priced at £4.99 or less, a standard delivery charge of £1.80 will apply.
Free standard delivery applies to all products priced at £5.00 or more.
Sarah's Returns Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items should be returned in their original protective packaging.
Change of Mind
You are responsible for paying the return postage cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Artwork made to order cannot be refunded unless it arrives damaged.
Damaged on Arrival
If an item arrives broken- please contact me (sarah@thehappysnail.co.uk) within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. I will gladly arrange a free replacement and cover any necessary return postage.
