Every I Call to Mind piece is lovingly and carefully made to order and beautifully packaged before being dispatched. Please allow up to 3–5 working days for your jewellery to be created, packed and dispatched. Standard Delivery Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over £5. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and delivered within 2-3 working days. Express Delivery Express shipping is £3.80 and orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and delivered within 1-2 working days. Please note: choosing express delivery at checkout increases the delivery speed once your parcel has been dispatched, but it does not change the turnaround time needed to lovingly create your bracelet. I hope you love your purchase from I Call To Mind, however if you decide it's not quite right, I offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once approved, items must be sent back within 30 days from delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Once your return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
