We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible. Please note that personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
