All orders are carefully packaged and shipped off to you within 3-5 working days. If there are any unexpected delays you will be contacted as soon as possible (commission work is made to order and delivery times will be discussed upon ordering). If you need something even sooner, just message me and I will do my best to accommodate! Parcels are typically sent tracked 48 hour delivery, Royal Mail.

Return Time Frame Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase (after day of receipt). Please ensure you request your return within this period. To initiate a return, email us at faithfullabours@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the reason for your return. Condition of Returned Items Returned items must be in their original and unused packaging and should be in a resalable condition. Returns or exchanges on sale items are excluded. This includes unopened products and all original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Refund Process Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Upon approval, we will promptly process your refund. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item).
