Each order is lovingly printed, carefully packaged, and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
All single card UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard. Larger orders and sets of cards will be sent by Tracked 48 as standard. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for a faster, fully tracked delivery service.
Your order will be thoughtfully packaged using eco-friendly and recyclable packaging wherever possible, ensuring it arrives safely while helping to minimise environmental impact.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return a non-personalised item, please contact us first so we can help with the return process.
Under UK online selling regulations, you may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or there has been an error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a problem with your item, please get in touch as soon as possible with photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
