A 148mm x 148mm card depicting a wheat and poppy field
The card is a print from my original mixed media textile art, celebrating the seasonal glory of Creation, and inevitable change of the seasons.
It was created with the verse "For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven" from Ecclesiastes 3:1 in mind.
For, as the vibrancy of summer steadily fades, giving rise to the sense of autumn approaching stealthily- the fields of wheat & barley peppered with poppies, prepare us for inevitable change ahead. Rather than resisting change, maybe, with nature's wisdom- we might lean into it, embracing new opportunities in whatever this next season might bring....
It is blank inside, suitable for a variety of occasions, is printed on 300gsm card and is packaged in a compostable cellophane sealed bag.
